DUI/Crash at McDonalds

On Thursday 8/30/2012 police responded to the McDonalds in the 4000 block of East Market Street for a reported motor vehicle crash.  Upon arrival it was determined that one of the operators was under the influence of alcohol.  Lawrence Smith Jr of York was taken into custody and transported to the York County Central Booking Center where he was arraigned on DUI charges.
