Intoxicated subject on Memory Lane

On Sunday 9/9/2012 at 10:46 hours police were dispatched to the 600 of Memory Lane to check the welfare of a male having difficulties walking on the side of the roadway.  Upon arrival the male was found to be highly intoxicated.  Kenneth Hughes, no fixed address, was taken into custody for public drunkenness and transported to the York County Central Booking facility.
