Underage Drinking/Public Intoxication at the Galleria Mall

On Saturday 10/20/2012 at 8:15 pm an officer assigned to foot patrol at the Galleria Mall was alerted to several intoxicated subjects causing a disturbance inside Sears.  Three subjects were approached by the officer who determined they had all consumed alcohol.  All three were transported to the Springettsbury Police station where they were identified.  Two of the subjects, a male and a female, are juveniles and were charged with underage drinking, a summary offense.  Both were released to relatives.  The third subject, Joseph Dennis of York, was issued a non-traffic citation for public intoxication, also a summary offense, and released to a responsible adult.
