On Thursday morning 11/1/2012 the Springettsbury Township Police Department arrested two subjects for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. The first subject, Donald Dotzer, of York was stopped in the 2400 blocked of East Market Street due to erratic driving. Upon approach of the officer, Dotzer was found to be under the influence of alcohol.
The second subject, Ahmed Yarow of Lancaster, was stopped on Mount Zion Road in the area of Eisenhour Drive.also for erratic driving. Yarow was also under the influence of alcohol.
Both subjects were taken into custody and transported to the York County Central Booking facility for a blood test and to be arraigned on DUI charges.
