Subject arrested after trying to get into wrong house.

On Saturday 12/22/12 at 7:59 am police were called to the 4000 block of Robinwood Road for an attempted break in.  Upon arrival Officers located Jonathan Kuehne, 21 of York, on the front porch of a residence very intoxicated.  Upon speaking with Kuehne, he advised that he was attempting to get into his house.  Police learned Kuehne’s residence was several houses away from where he was located and he was confused as to where he lived.  Kuehne was taken into custody for public intoxication and transported to the York County central Booking facility to be arraigned on the charges.
