York man steals BB Gun and flees on foot.

On Tuesday 1/29/2013 police were called to the Wal-Mart in the 2800 block of East Market Street for a reported retail theft.  Loss prevention at the store reported that a subject stole a BB hand-gun and fled the store on foot.  Officers responded to the area and engaged the subject who fled from them.  After a brief foot pursuit in the Old East York neighborhood, the subject was apprehended without further incident.  Keshaad Jones 19 years old was arrested for retail theft.  The value of the BB gun was $69.67.
