On February 1st, 2013 police were called to the 4100 block of Old Orchard Road for a report motor vehicle crash involving entrapment. Upon arrival police learned that a male subject was operating his vehicle on Old Orchard Road near Woodstone Court when he lost control. The vehicle struck a utility pole, two traffic signs and rolled over. The driver is suspected to have been operating his vehicle while being intoxicated. Upon results of his blood test, charges will be filed. The operator was transported to York Hospital due to his injuries.
On February 3rd, 2013 police were called to the area of Mount Zion Road and Deininger Road for a reported motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival officers found one vehicle on its roof in the cemetery owned by the Mount Zion Lutheran Church. The operator is suspected to have been operating his vehicle under the influence. He was transported to York Hospital due to his injuries. Upon results of his blood test, charges will be filed.
