Intoxicated Subject Arrested at Dollar Tree.

On Monday 2/18/2013 police were called to the Dollar Tree at the York Mall for a reported disorderly customer.  Upon arrival it was discovered that a male customer became upset with a clerk when the clerk informed him that store policy prohibited her from accepting his $100.00 bill.  The customer became verbally abusing and began shouting profanities at the clerk.  William Sietz of York, the customer, was found to be intoxicated and was causing a disturbance.  He was taken into custody and transported to the York County Central Booking Facility to be arraigned on the charges of Public Drunkenness and Disorderly Conduct, both summary offenses carrying maximum fines of $300.00 each.
