Disrorderly Subject at the Post Office

On Monday evening 4/8/13 at shortly after 5pm police were called to the United States Post Office in the 3500 block of Concord Road for a report  of a disorderly male.   Once on scene, police learned that an older, heavy-set white male in his early 60s with balding hair, defecated on the sidewalk outside of the business.  Employees recognized the male from a previous incident where the same male defecated in the lobby area.  On both occasions the male left prior to police arrival.  He was not able to be located.  Anyone with any information about this incident is asked to contact the Springettsbury Police Department at 717-757-3525 and ask for Sgt. Wilbur, the investigating officer.
