On 7/22/2013 at 2:11 pm the Springettsbury Township Police Department received a call in reference to an assault that just occurred. Once on seen the victim advised that two males pulled up next to him as he was stopped at the stop sign on Eastern Blvd at Mills Street. The victim reported that he recognized one of the males as his current girlfriend’s ex-husband and the other male as Rodney Fogle, the ex-husband’s brother. The victim stated that Fogle and the other male were yelling at him about his current relationship with his girlfriend. Fogle then threatened to shoot the victim and produced a black handgun and pointed it at him. The handgun was later found to be an Airsoft BB gun.
On 7/24/2013 charges for Simple Assault and Terroristic Threats, both misdemeanors, were filed at District Court 19-2-01 against Rodney L. Fogle of Oakleigh Drive in Springettsbury Township.
