Narcotics Possession- 2900 Block of Concord Road

Stopped vehicle for numerous traffic violations.  Vehicle was impounded due to strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. Investigation continues.

Fraud- New Cumberland Federal Credit Union, 200 Memory Lane

On this date, Police received a complaint of theft by deception, which occurred at New Cumberland Federal Credit Union, 200 Memory Lane.  Complainant reported that a female deposited (2) two checks that were subsequently returned  marked “Closed Account”.  Investigation Continues…

Criminal Mischief- Fayfield Park, South Keesey Street

Returned a call to complainant in regards to criminal mischief to the playground equipment at Fayfield Park.  He advised the equipment was written on with a Sharpie marker.   The graffiti consists of vulgar language and sexually explicit figures.

Access Device Fraud- 2025 East Market Street

Police received a complaint of access device fraud.  Complainant reported that unknown person(s) had removed her credit card, debit card and cash from her wallet and used the cards to make several purchases.

Hit and Run- K-Mart, 1094 Haines Road

On the above date and time Police were dispatched to K-Mart for a hit and run.  Investigation revealed that a Dodge sedan struck a BMW sedan in the parking lot.  The Dodge then left the scene.  Vehicle information of the Dodge was obtained and a traffic citation for hit and run will be filed on the operator of the Dodge.

Public Drunkenness- Wal-Mart, 2801 East Market Street

Police responded to Walmart, 2801 E. Market St., for the report of a possible intoxicated subject.  Upon arrival, Nathaniel Corl of Carlisle  was taken into custody for public drunkenness and transported to central booking for arraignment.

Retail Theft-Boscov’s, 2899 Whiteford Road

On the above date and time Police responded to the above location for a retail theft.  Investigation revealed that a subject stole a bottle of perfume.  This subject was also in possession of two controlled substances and had an active NCIC hit from Dauphin County.

Simple Assault, 2414 Pleasant View Road

On the above date Officers responded to 2414 Pleasant View Dr for the report of a physical domestic dispute between a male and female.  Investigation revealed that the male was struck in the head and sustained an injury.  The female, Amy Jones of York, was taken into custody and transported to Central Booking where she was charged with Simple Assault.

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia- 2472 Cambridge Road

On the above date and time Police responded to 2472 Cambridge Rd for a domestic. Upon arrival it was determined that both subjects were involved in a physical altercation. One subject was also found in possession of drug paraphernalia. Both subjects to be charged.
