Dog Law Violation- 1904 Woodstream Drive
Responded to 1904 Woodstream Dr. for a dog complaint. On scene met with the complainant who advised that this morning her neighbor once again allowed his dog to run onto her property. The complainant advised that this is an ongoing problem and that she wanted to take action to stop this. Charges to be filed.
Narcotics Possession- Walgreens, 2350 East Market Street
Responded to Walgreens for a report of a drug violation. Further investigation revealed a male dropped three baggies of Heroin while waiting in line at the pharmacy. Investigation continues.
Retail Theft- Wal-Mart, 2801 East Market Street
On the above date and time Police responded to Wal-Mart for a report of a retail theft. Investigation revealed that a subject stole from Wal-Mart and fled on foot.
Possession of Marijuana-65 Hilary Court
On the above date and time, Police responded to 65 Hillary Ct for a report of a drug violation. Further investigation revealed two male subjects were in possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Charges to be filed.
Aggravated Assault- York County Youth Development Center, 3654 Heindal Road
Police responded to YDC for an assault report that occurred at 1630 hours. Upon arrival the victim reported that a juvenile became combative with other residents and when he attempted to restrain her she struck him in the face with a closed fist. Charges pending.
