Driving Under the Influence-2500 Block of East Market Street

On the above date and time Police received a call that a vehicle struck another vehicle in the parking lot of Fat Daddy’s and drove away from the scene.   The striking vehicle was located and a traffic stop was conducted.  Investigation revealed that the operator of the striking vehicle was DUI.  He was taken to Central Booking for processing for  DUI first offense.  Charges will be filed.

Theft- Buffalo Wild Wings- 105 North Northern Way

Responded to Buffalo Wild Wings for a reported theft.  Upon arrival the manager advised that an unknown subject forced entry into a fenced in holding area for empty beer kegs.  At this time eight kegs were reported to be missing.  The damage was estimated at $100.00 and the estimated loss of the property was to be $150.00.  Investigation continues.

Retail Theft- Gabriel Brothers, 1226 Greensprings Drive

Responded for a retail theft.  Investigation revealed that one female suspect stole two pieces of make-up valued at $8.00.  Prosecution was declined by the victim.

Retail Theft-Boscovs, 2899 Whiteford Road

On the above date and time, Police responded to Boscov’s for a report of a retail theft. Further investigation revealed a juvenile female selected and removed from the store a pair of earrings valued at $15.00, and passed all points of sale failing to pay for the merchandise.  Charges to be filed.

Retail Theft-Wal-Mart, 2801 East Market Street

Responded to the above location for a retail theft.  The complainant stated that a “white female” stole an unknown amount of clothing and got into a “blue car” and fled the scene towards Industrial Hwy.

Theft from a Motor Vehicle-1800 Ridgewood Road

Responded for a report of a stolen GPS unit from a vehicle.  Investigation revealed that the unit was stolen sometime over the weekend.

Theft-3802 Silverwood Drive

On 4/6/2014 at approximately 1647 hours this department was dispatched to 3802 Silverwood Dr, for a theft report.  Someone had taken several household items out of the home between 1/4/2014 and 4/6/2014 totaling over $17,000.00.  Further investigation.

Public Intoxication-1700 Block of Long Drive

Responded to the 1700 block of Long Dr for a report of an intoxicated subject. Further investigation revealed a male was acting disorderly and was intoxicated in public. The male, Curtis Frey of York,  was  taken to Central Booking to be arraigned on the charges of Public Drunkenness and Disorderly Conduct.

Hit and Run-100 Block of Locust Grove Road

Officers responded to the area of 124 and 132 Locust Grove Rd. where it was reported a vehicle had just struck the property and fled the scene.  The driver was located on Cropthorne Ln. and will be cited for hit and run.

Possession of Marijuana-3600 Block of East Market Street

On the above  date Police effected a traffic stop on a vehicle for an equipment violation. Upon investigation the driver was found in possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.  Charges to be filed.
