Theft- Central High School

Police were notified that a student had their I-phone stolen while at school.

Simple Assault-Texas Roadhouse, 1510 Mount Zion Road

On the above date and time Police responded to the Texas Roadhouse for a domestic assault report. Investigation revealed that a female threw a plate at a male causing an injury to his head. The female, Erica Groff of York, was arrested for Simple Assault, Harassment and Disorderly Conduct.  She was transported to Central Booking for arraignment.

Driving Under the Influence-Parking lot of Wal-Mart, 2801 East Market Street

On the above date and time while on patrol Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the parking lot of Wal-Mart, 2801 E Market St. Investigation revealed that the operator of the vehicle was DUI and had a suspended license. The operator was taken to Central Booking for his first offense DUI.

Possession of Marijuana, Underage Possession of Alcohol-2800 Block of Whiteford Road

On the above date and time Police made contact with a subject walking in the 2800 block of Whiteford Road . Investigation revealed this subject was 20 years old and possessed alcohol and marijuana.  Charges to be filed.

Hit and Run/Driving Under the Influence- Edgewood Road south of Eastern Blvd

Responded to Suburban Park Apartments for a hit & run. Complainant advised that a vehicle struck his vehicle on Edgewood Rd. and that the driver of the striking vehicle fled the scene. Complainant followed the vehicle to Suburban Park Apartments and called 911. On scene found the driver of the striking/fleeing vehicle intoxicated. Took the driver into custody and transported to Memorial Hospital where blood was drawn. Charges to be filed.

Criminal Mischief- Eastern Blvd at Locust Grove Road

On 04/16/14 at approximately 3:17pm, unknown actor(s) threw an unknown object which struck the rear of a pickup truck causing damage. This occurred in the area of Locust Grove Rd and Eastern Blvd. The actor(s) were not located.

Criminal Mischief-Premier Property Services, 919 North Hills Road

Responded for a report of an intoxicated subject who had damaged a company vehicle and then fled the scene.  The suspect slashed the tires on the vehicle.

Hit and Run-Galleria Mall, 2899 Whiteford Road

Responded to the Galleria Mall, 2899 Whiteford Rd. for a hit and run report. Upon my arrival  the victim  advised that her vehicle was struck while parked in the parking lot. Information was obtained for further investigation.
