Theft from a Motor Vehicle-Central York Middle School, 1950 North Hills Road

Police responded to Central York Middle School for a theft report. Upon arrival, the victim advised sometime this date between 1730 hours and 1940 hours, unknown subject(s) entered his vehicle and stole his son’s Android tablet.

Theft-210 Lyndhurst Road

The victim reported that an unknown suspect stole a set of golf clubs from his property.

Bomb Threat

Police responded to Central York High School for a reported bomb threat.  Upon arrival, the students were evacuated and the school was cleared by K-9 officers.  A suspect was interviewed and charges will be filed.

Simple Assault-3205 East Market Street

The victim responded to STPD to report that she was physically assaulted on 04-20-2014 at approx 0400 hrs in her home by her roommate. Further investigation.

Access Device Fraud-3400 Eastern Blvd

Received information regarding access device fraud. The victim advised that her Fulton Bank debit card information was compromised and used to purchase a Starbucks gift card.

Terroristic Threats-2683 Carnegie Road

On the above date and time, Police responded to 2683 Carnegie Rd, for a report of a domestic violence incident. Upon arrival, the victim advised that she was threatened, kicked and punched repeatedly on 04/17/14.   James Fetrow of York was taken into custody and transported to Central Booking to be arraigned on the charges of Terroristic Threats and Harassment.

Hit and Run-Haines Road at Mount Rose Ave

On this date, the victim advised while stopped on Mt. Rose Ave. at Haines Rd., her vehicle was struck by a white Ford Escape, which fled the scene.

Further investigation.

Hit and Run-Parking lot of Sears,2899 Whiteford Road

On 4/21/2014 at approximately 1619 hours this department received a walk in complaint for a hit and run that occurred on 4/18/2014 around 0900 hours. The victim’s 2008 Chevy Impala was struck by an unknown vehicle.
