Burglary-3597 East Market Street

Police responded to 3597 East Market St. for a burglary report. The victim advised an XBOX 360 was stolen from the residence.  Investigation continues.

Burglary-550 Haines Road

On the above date  Police responded to the above residence for a report of a possible burglary. Investigation revealed that a subject(s) forced entry into the residence.  Investigation continues.

Retail Theft-Wal-Mart, 2801 East Market Street

Police responded to Walmart, 2801 East Market St. for a retail theft report. Loss prevention advised a female suspect stole 59 miscellaneous items valued at $434.01. The suspect was taken into custody and charged with felony retail theft. Sharon Spurck of Red Lion, PA was transported to Central Booking for arraignment.

Theft-Worthington Industries, 1201 Eden Road

Responded to Worthington Industries, 1201 Eden Road, for a report of a theft. Upon arrival, the Plant Superintendent reported that unknown person(s) removed steel deck boards and steel runners that were sitting outside of the building.

Access Device Fraud-Rutters, 1450 Mount Zion Road

Police were dispatched to the Rutters for a report of an unauthorized use of a credit card. Once on scene the victim advised that a customer had contacted her in regards of the unauthorized use of her credit card.  Investigation continues.

Criminal Mischief-1655 Long Drive

Police responded to 1655 Long Dr. for a criminal mischief report. Upon arrival, the victim advised on 04/16/14, an unknown subject(s) keyed her vehicle.

Possession of Marijuana-Rte. 30 at Mount Zion Road

On April 23rd 2014 at approximately 1943 hours Police initiated a traffic stop on Rt 30 EB at Shoe House Rd. Investigation revealed the driver to be under the influence of intoxicants and drugs. Driver was taken into custody for DUI and found to be in possession of marijuana.  Charges to be filed.

Harassment- 2205 East Market Street

Officers responded to 2205 E. Market St. for a report of a physical and verbal domestic. Arrived on scene and arrested the homeowner’s adult son for harassment. Christopher Campbell of York was transported to Central Booking to be arraigned.
