Counterfeiting- K-Mart, 1094 Haines Road

Police were called to K Mart for a report of counterfeit money. Upon arrival spoke with an employee who advised that during the store hours on 06-15-2014 the store was issued counterfeit currency during a merchandise transaction. The counterfeit bill was taken as evidence and turned over to the United States Secret Service for further investigation.

Retail Theft- Wal-Mart, 2801 East Market Street

Police responded to Wal-Mart for a retail theft. Investigation revealed that one male suspect selected several packages of meat from their displays and then left the store without paying.   The male Carlos Vazques of York,  was cited for summary retail theft and was released from the scene.

Theft-Target, 2610 Pleasant Valley Road

Police responded to Target, 2610 Pleasant Valley Rd. for a theft report. Upon arrival the complainant advised that her cell phone was stolen while inside the store.

Criminal Mischief-2617 North Sherman Street

Police responded to 2617 N. Sherman St. for a criminal mischief report. Upon  arrival the victim  advised that sometime over the weekend someone damaged his property.

Retail Theft- Wine and Spirits, 2414 Eastern Blvd

Police responded to Wine and Spirits, 2414 Eastern Blvd. for a retail theft report. The store manager advised the suspect stole a bottle of whisky valued at $14.99. Misdemeanor charges to be filed.
