Here is information released from PennDot honoring officers for their efforts if enforcing aggressive driving.  Officer Landis from Springettsbury PD was one of the officers recognized.

Harrisburg – PennDOT District 8 is pleased to announce that seven municipal police officers from York County will be honored at 10 a.m. on Monday, June 23, at The Center for Traffic Safety, 110 Pleasant Acres Rd., Meeting Rm. #1, York, for their outstanding participation in PennDOT’s Aggressive Driving Enforcement and Education Project.

Police across Pennsylvania participate in this project to reduce aggressive driving behaviors such as speeding, tailgating and running red lights.

The officers being honored are: Sergeant Joseph Bunty Jr., Hanover Borough; Officer Matthew Chetaitis, Northern York County Regional; Patrol Officer Dennis Brillhart, Southwestern Regional; Patrolman Adam Garman, Spring Garden Township; Patrolman Cory Landis, Springettsbury Township; Officer Adam Jordan, West Manchester Township; and Officer George McGee, York Area Regional.

Representative Keith Gillespie will talk about the importance of the ADEEP program in reducing the number of crashes and fatalities due to aggressive driving, and assist in handing out the awards.
