On 07/07/14 at 1755 hours Police responded to 300 South Vernon St. York, Pa for damage done to a mail box and a light post. This occurred between 07/04/14 at 2100 hours and 07/05/14 and 0800 hours.
Retail Theft-Giant, 2415 East Market Street
Police responded to Giant Food Store at 2415 E. Market St for a retail theft report. Upon arrival the complainant reported that two unknown female suspects took $70.00 worth of seafood and left the store without paying. Investigation continues.
Theft-814 East 11th Ave
Responded to the above listed address for a theft report. Upon arrival the victim reported that an unknown suspect took her Huffy Ladies Trail Runner mountain bike from the exterior of her residence.
Possession of Marijuana-3900 Block of East Market Street
On 7/7/14 at approximately 2238 hours Police investigated a suspicious vehicle in the lot of 3905 E. Market St. The occupant was found to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Charges to be filed.
DUI/Crash-Longstown Road
On 7/7/14 at approximately 2359 hours Police observed a vehicle crash into a stone wall and sign in front of 9 Longstown. As a result of the investigation the driver was arrested for DUI.
