Theft-1833 Eastern Blvd

The victim appeared on station and advised that on 7/24/14 she left her purse lay in her yard by her driveway while loading her vehicle. She advised that approx. an hour later she realized that she left the purse and returned to find somebody had taken it. The victim  also advised that sometime between 2015 hrs. on 7/27/14 and 0630 hrs. this date, unknown actor(s) removed a car towing dolly from their driveway. The value of the dolly is $2800.00.

Theft-725 Arsenal Road

On this date, received information regarding a theft which occurred at Rutter’s Farm Store located on Arsenal Road. The victim stated that he lost his wallet while at the store and when he returned, he located the wallet in the parkinglot, but the wallet was missing $500.00 cash.

Theft-Planet Fitness, 1246 Greensprings Drive

Responded to Planet Fitness for a report of a theft. Further investigation revealed the victim had a Samsung Galaxy S4 stolen from her locker.

DUI/Hit and Run-East Market Street at Cinema Drive

Police responded to the area of East Market St. at Cinema Dr. for a hit an run report. The two victims  advised their vehicle was struck while stopped at the red light and the operator fled the scene. The vehicle was located and the operator found to be under the influence of a controlled substance. The operator was transported to Memorial Hospital for a BAC test. The operator was transported to Central Booking to be arraigned on DUI charges.

Burglary-161 Lynbrook Drive North

Responded for a report of a burglary. Upon arrival, investigation revealed that the victim’s bicycle was stolen from their open garage while the victim was at home.
