Simple Assault-659 Park Ave

Responded to 659 Park Ave. for a 911 hang up. On scene found that there had been a domestic dispute and that the male half assaulted his wife and daughter. Took the actor into custody and transported him to booking where he was turned over to the sheriff’s dept. for arraignment on simple assault and harassment charges.

Retail Theft-Dollar General, 2450 East Market Street

Police were dispatched to the business for a report of a retail theft with the suspect fleeing. Once on scene the complainant advised that the subject had fled the store after attempting to conceal merchandise.

Theft-Wal-Mart, 2801 East Market Street

Police were dispatched to the location for a report of a theft of a wallet. Once on scene the victim advised that an unknown subject had taken his wallet.

Retail Theft-Wal-Mart, 2801 East Market Street

Police were dispatched to the business for an adult female in custody for retail theft. The subject was cited on scene and released for stealing $143.73 worth of merchandise.

Retail Theft-Wal-Mart, 2801 East Market Street

Police responded to Walmart for a retail theft. Upon arrival, loss prevention advised that a male attempted to take 10 miscellaneous items valued at $268.86 from display and leave without paying. Loss prevention attempted to stop the male and were unsuccessful.

Fugitive from Justice-Northern Way at Industrial Highway

On the above date this department was provided information for a subject wanted for a robbery out of Maryland. On the above date and time police located the subject and took him into custody.
