Harassment-2510 East Market Street

On the above date several subjects came to the station to report an altercation that occurred at Fat Daddy’s. Known subjects had threatened them with violence in the parking lot.

Charges pending further investigation.

Possession of Marijuana-Rte. 30 at East 11th Ave

On 8-23-14 Police  stopped a vehicle for speeding and detected the odor of marijuana from inside the vehicle. The driver consented to a search which revealed a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The suspect was released at the scene and charges are pending.

Possession of Marijuana/DUI-1100 Block of Haines Road

On the above date and time Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 1100 block of Haines Road. Investigation revealed that the operator and passenger both possessed marijuana. Investigation also revealed that the operator was intoxicated.  Charges to be filed.

Driving Under the Influence-Haines Road at Mount Rose Ave

A traffic violation led to the discovery that the driver had operated his vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants. He was taken into custody and taken to booking for a blood draw and processing.

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia-2800 Block of Whiteford Road

While on patrol Police observed a vehicle traveling with no headlights. Upon stopping the vehicle the operator was found in possession of drug paraphernalia.

Charges are pending.

Theft-160 North Hills Road

Victim reported his bicycle stolen from in front of the Rutter’s convenience store. He also reported two males walking in the area prior to the theft. Officers were able to locate two males with a bike matching the description of the victim’s bike on E. Market St. Victim positively identified the bike was his. Charges for theft and receiving stolen property pending.

Retail Theft-Wal-Mart, 2801 East Market Street

On 08/23/2014 at approximately 1808 hours Police were dispatched to Walmart, 2801 East Market St for a retail theft. Investigation revealed a juvenile subject stole several items depriving Walmart the full retail value of $88.87.

Harassment-Wal-Mart, 2801 East Market Street

On August 24, 2014 at 0001 hours Police were dispatched to Walmart for the report of a fight. Investigation revealed that a female attacked her ex-boyfriend and his current girlfriend and 15 month old child, before fleeing the scene.  Charges pending.
