Possession of Marijuana-Memory Lane at Route 30

Traffic stop was initiated on Memory Ln south of Route 30 after it was found the owner of the vehicle had two outstanding warrants. The driver was taken into custody and marijuana and drug paraphernalia were discovered. Charges to be filed.

Criminal Mischief-2858 Eastern Blvd

Police were dispatched to the business for a report of damage to the property. Once on scene the complainant advised that an unknown subject had damaged a sign belonging to the business.

Criminal Mischief-3347 St. John’s Court

On 08/28/14 at 1523 hours police spoke with the victim who advised that her driver side rear window was smashed out on 08/28/14 between the hours of 0100 and 0530. No other damage was found with no items being stolen.

Theft by Deception-Wal-Mart, 2801 East Market Street

On 08/28/2014 at approximately 1818 hours police were dispatched to Wal-Mart, 2801 East Market St for the report of a theft. Investigation revealed two male subjects took items off the shelf and attempted to return them. Investigation to follow.

Retail Theft-Wal-Mart, 2801 East Market Street

While at Walmart, 2801 E. Market St. for a separate incident, Police received information regarding a previous retail theft. The complainant advised that an unknown subject stole merchandise the previous day and then fled.

Possession of Heroin-Walgreens, 2350 East Market Street

Officers responded to 2350 E. Market St. (Walgreens) for an overdose. The injured person was treated  and taken to Memorial Hospital. He and his girlfriend were also found in possession of heroin, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.  Charges to follow.

Possession of Marijuana-2860 Whiteford Road

While conducting foot patrol in the lot of 2860 Whiteford Rd. Police observed a subject in a vehicle who was believed to be in possession of marijuana. Marijuana was discovered in the vehicle. Charges to follow.
