Possession of Marijuana-2200 Block of Industrial Highway

On September 1, 2014 while on patrol in the area of the 2200 block of Industrial Hwy Police observed an occupied vehicle in the parking lot of Barracuda’s. Investigation revealed that the owner of the vehicle was in possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.  Charges to be filed.

Harassment-3755 East Market Street

Responded to 3715 E. Market St. to meet with the victim of a harassment. Upon the complainant who advised that her daughter was physically harassed outside 3755 E. Market St. Information was obtained, but prosecution was declined.

Harassment-3400 Eastern Blvd.

Responded to the above location for a report of a domestic where the male half was attempting to gain entry into the aparment. Investigation revealed that the male has been stalking the victim. Charges to be filed.
