Retail Theft-Dollar General, 2450 East Market Street

Responded to said location for a female detained for Retail Theft. Upon arrival spoke with the caller and the witness. It was found that the female had taken $37.95 worth of merchandise and failed to pay for same. While attempting to flee the subject pushed the store manager. It was found that this is a second offense of Retail Theft and charges are to be filed.

Bad Checks-York Auto Group, 1885 Whiteford Road

On the above date, Police received information regarding a bad check that was negotiated at York Auto Group located at 1900 Whiteford Rd. A customer made a down payment on a vehicle with a check that was returned as Non-Sufficient Funds.

Harassment-1600 Mount Zion Road

Responded to Sincerely Yours, 1600 Mt. Zion Rd. for an assault. Upon arrival  the victim, a resident,  advised that another resident assaulted her last night. Information was obtained for further investigation.

Retail Theft-Gabriel Brothers, 1226 Greensprings Drive

On September 15, 2014 at 1711 hours Police were dispatched to Gabriel Brother’s for a retail theft. Investigation revealed the female subject committed a summary offense retail theft.

Female subject was cited and released.
