On the above date and time Police were dispatched to Gabriel Brothers for a retail theft. Investigation revealed an adult female stole four clothing items totaling $42. 96. The female was cited and released.
Retail Theft-Wal-Mart, 2801 East Market Street
Responded to Wal-Mart for a retail theft in progress. Upon arrival, Police observed one male suspect exit the store pushing a cart full of stolen merchandise. The male was taken into custody and transported to Central Booking on misdemeanor charges due to being an out of state resident.
Retail Theft-Boscovs, 2899 Whiteford Road
Police responded to Boscov’s, 2899 Whiteford Rd. for a retail theft report. Loss prevention advised that an unknown female stole a bottle of cologne and left the store. Suspect information was obtained. Further investigation is needed.
Harassment/Terroristic Threats-3205 East Market Street
Police responded to the above address for a reported domestic/harassment. Found that a male had struck and threatened his girlfriend. The parties were separated and charges for terroristic threats and harassment are pending.
