Wayne L. Brennan of Fort Howard MD, has been charged for the September, 16th robbery at PNC Bank, 2430 E Market St. On September, 17th, Brennan was taken into custody by Baltimore Co. PD after a lengthy pursuit during which Brennan rammed two police cruisers. Baltimore Co PD was actively searching for Brennan at the time, based on a warrant obtained by West Manheim Twp for the June 27th bank robbery at Santander Bank in Hanover, PA. Brennan refused to speak with investigators, but search warrants were executed on his vehicle and residence. The searches revealed evidence linking him to three bank robberies in PA, to include the bank robbery in Springettsbury Township. Brennan is currently incarcerated in Maryland DOC.
Baltimore County PD, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, West Manheim Twp PD and Hanover Boro PD assisted in this investigation.
