Harassment by Communication-56 Jayme Drive

On 10/23/2014 at 1040 hrs, Police took a report at the station. It was found that the victim had been receiving numerous emails from her ex-boyfriend for the passed several months, all day long and all times of the night and early morning hours. Charges to be filed.

Fraud- Primo Pizza, 1425 North Sherman Street

On October 23, 2014 at 1442 hours Police were dispatched to Primo Pizza, 1425 N Sherman St, for the report of fraud. The investigation revealed that an unknown actor attempted to convince the business owner to pay a large sum of money in order to keep his electric on.

Retail Theft-Rutters, 725 Arsenal Road

On October 23rd 2014 at approximately 1730 hours Police were dispatched to Rutter’s, 725 Arsenal Rd York PA 17406, for a retail theft report. The investigation revealed and an unknown black male stole 2 cartons of cigarettes totaling $122.96 and fled the scene. The investigation is on going.

Retail Theft-Gabriel Brothers, 1226 Greensprings Drive

Police responded to Gabriel Brothers for one female in custody for retail theft. Investigation revealed that the female suspect had selected a leather jacket, switched the price tags with a less expensive jacket, and then paid for the jacket at the lower price. The female suspect was cited for summary Retail Theft and released from the scene.

Theft by Deception-Giant, 2415 East Market Street

Responded to Giant Food Store, 2415 E. Market Street, for a report of a theft by deception. Complainant reported that a female came into the store, selected an item from the display and took it to the Service Desk, where she returned the merchandise for a gift card.

Burglary-3930 Eastgate Drive

On 10-23-14 at 2131 hours the victim called 911 to report a burglary. Upon arrival she reported that sometime between 1800 hrs and 2030 hours an unknown suspect/s entered her residence via the back door and removed her purse from the counter.  Investigation Continues.
