Serious Motor Vehicle Crash

On Sunday, October 26, 2014 at 4:16 AM, members of  the Springettsbury Township Police Department were dispatched to Rt. 30 eastbound at the exit ramp of Mount Zion Road for a report of a vehicle accident.  The accident involved a single vehicle.  Upon arrival to the area, the driver, Rafael Thillet, age 21, of Lancaster, PA was found lying along the south side of the highway.  Thillet was transported to York Hospital for treatment and his condition is unknown at this time.
