Hit and Run-Parking lot of Giant, 2415 East Market Street

Responded to Giant for report of a hit and run. The victim advised an unknown vehicle struck the right front corner of her truck while parked in the lot. Damage observed to the right front corner.

Retail Theft-Giant Gas Station, 2415 East Market Street

On October 27th 2014 at approximately 1412 hours Police were dispatched to Giant Food Store for the report of a gas drive off. The investigation revealed a male pumped $20.02 worth of gas and fled the store without paying. The investigation in on going.

Retail Theft-Giant Gas Station, 2415 East Market Street

On October 27th 2014 at approximately 1412 hours Police were dispatched to Giant Food Store for the report of a gas drive off. The investigation revealed a female pumped 16.133 gallons of full and fled the store depriving Giant Food store the full retail value of $50.00. The investigation is on going.

Retail Theft-Giant Food Store, 2415 East Market Street

On October 27, 2014 at 1519 hours Police were dispatched to Giant for the report of a retail theft. Investigation revealed that Patricia Ann Cox of York stole $20.97 worth of merchandise. She was cited for a summary offense.

Retail Theft-Boscov’s, 2899 Whiteford Road

On October 27, 2014 at 1916 hours Police were dispatched to Boscov’s for the report of a retail theft. Investigation revealed that two  males stole 6 watches with a total value of $179.94. One of the males was located on Mt Zion Rd at E Market St and was later taken into custody.

Possession of Narcotics-Wal-Mart, 2801 East Market Street

On 10/27/2014 at approximately 2208 hours a subject reported a possible overdose in the Walmart Parking lot located at 2801 E. Market St. Officers arrived and found three subjects sleeping in the reported vehicle. Further investigation revealed that the subjects were in possession of “spice” and paraphernalia.  Charges to be filed.

Theft-Laser Alleys, 3905 East Market Street

On October 27th 2014 at 2245 hours Police responded to Laser Alleys for a theft report. Investigation revealed that the victim’s cell phone was stolen by a subject at the bowling alley.  Investigation continues.
