Five Guys Burglary

On 1/31/2015 Springettsbury Township Police responded to a burglary at Five Guys Restaurant, 2816 Concord Rd.   An unknown actor smashed out the front window to gain entry into the restaurant.  Once inside the subject removed an undisclosed amount of money from the business.

On 2/3/2015 Dakota Grady (19) of York was charged with burglary, criminal conspiracy to commit burglary, theft by unlawful taking, and receiving stolen property for his involvement in the incident.

Devin Gibson (20) of York was charged with criminal conspiracy to commit burglary and receiving stolen property for his involvement in the incident.
