The victim alleged that an unauthorized transaction occurred using his access device, resulting in a $400.00 loss.
Retail Theft-Wal-Mart, 2801 East Market Street
Police responded to Walmart, 2801 East Market St. for a retail theft report. Loss prevention advised they had an adult female in custody for retail theft. Loss prevention advised this female stole eight items valued at $64.54. The female was transported to Central Booking and subsequently charged with felony retail theft.
Theft by Deception-Papa Johns, 3000 East Market Street
Contacted the manager of Papa John’s Pizza, 3000 E. Market St. regarding a complaint. The manager advised that unknown persons ordered food for delivery, and upon delivery it was determined that the resident of the delivery location had not placed the order. Investigation continues.
