Criminal Mischief-360 South Vernon Street

On February 17th 2015 at 0432 hours Police responded to 360 S Vernon St for a criminal mischief report. Investigation revealed that a subject damaged the victim’s house and punched another victim in the chest.

Theft by Deception-Metro Bank, 1098 Haines Road

Subject deposited a check drawn on a closed account, resulting in a $2,288.13 loss to Metro Bank.

Harassment-Wells Fargo Bank, 50 Haines Road

Responded to Wells Fargo for a harassment report. Victim, an employee, advised that an unknown female who came in with a customer threatened the victim. The victim did not know the suspects identity and advised she did not want her arrested, only to not return to that branch. I located the suspect and advised her not to return to the branch or risk arrest and she stated she would not return there.

Retail Theft-Giant, 2415 East Market Street

On 02/17/15, this agency received a report of a retail theft that occurred on 01/06/15 at the Giant Food Store. An unknown male selected and removed from the store Conair Flat Iron and Hair Dryer, valued at $80.97, and left the store without paying.

Retail Theft-Sears, 2899 Whiteford Road

On 02/17/15 at 1622 hours Police responded to Sears located at 2899 Whiteford Rd. York, Pa for a retail theft. Upon arrival information was obtained. Stolen and not recovered was 7 DeWalt drills valued at $1907.91. This action took place on 02/17/15 at 1611 hours. Two males selected the items and ran out of Sears and entered into a white in color vehicle that left in a unknown direction of travel.

Theft-Pacific Sunwear, 2899 Whiteford Road

On this date, Police received information regarding a theft of a cell phone from Pac Sun located at 2899 Whiteford Road. The victim reported that an unidentified male subject stole her Apple I-Phone while she was working.
