Weekend Crime Log- March 7th and 8th, 2015

Disorderly Conduct-Fat Daddy’s, 2510 East Market Street

On March 7th 2015 at 0037 hours Police responded to Fat Daddy’s, 2510 E Market St, for a report of a disorderly subject. Investigation revealed a subject got into a fight in the bar with security. Subject to be cited for disorderly conduct.

Hit and Run- Paradise Road at North Sherman Street

Police responded to the intersection for a reported disabled vehicle. Once on scene it was determined that a vehicle had struck a street sign and left the area.

Investigation continues…

Retail Theft-Wal-Mart, 2801 East Market Street

Responded to Wal-mart for a reported criminal trespass. Wal-Mart Loss Prevention reported a female was in the store who previously signed and was issued a letter of no trespass. While on scene the female was observed removing merchandise. The female was stopped and found to be in possession of marijuana.

Charges to be filed.

Retail Theft-Lowes, 2449 East Market Street

Police were dispatched to Lowes for a reported retail theft that was to have occurred earlier in the day. Loss prevention advised that they had footage of a subject removing items from the store.

Investigation is ongoing.

Criminal Trespass-134 Hambledon Court

Police responded to 134 and 136 Hambledon Ct for a report of a fight in progress. Upon arrival, investigation revealed that one adult female from 136 Hambledon Ct was intoxicated and walked into 134 Hambledon without being invited, causing the occupants of 134 Hambledon to remove her from the residence. The parties were separated with no arrests made.

Theft-Aroogas-1211 Haines Road

On March 7, 2015 at 1853 hours I was dispatched to Arooga’s, 1211 Haines Rd, for the report of a theft. While on scene I viewed video surveillance, however was unable to view the theft occur at the above location. Multiple camera angles were viewed with negative results.
