Theft from a Motor Vehicle-2150 East Market Street

I was requested to meet with Mathison at her home in regards to a theft. Once on scene Mathison advised that an unknown subject had entered her vehicle and took items from the interior.

Retail Theft-2801 East Market Street, Wal-Mart

On March 10, 2015 at 1626 hours Police were dispatched to Walmart, 2801 E Market St, for the report of a suspicious person. Investigation revealed that three  males were in possession of drugs and/or drug paraphernalia, retail theft and receiving stolen property.  Investigation continues.

Retail Theft-1094 Haines Road, K-Mart

Responded to Kmart, 1094 Haines Rd. for a theft. Upon the complainants  advised that an unknown subject stole merchandise and fled. Information was obtained and the subject was subsequently located and taken into custody. The subject was transported to Central Booking to be arraigned on his charges.

Bomb Threat-3611 East Market Street, Food Lion

At 1644 hours, Police responded to Food Lion, 3611 E. Market St., for the report of a bomb threat. Upon arrival, Food Lion and the surrounding businesses were evacuated and a perimeter was established. PSP Explosive K-9 team responded and searched the inside of Food Lion and outside of all of the businessess. No bombs were located.  The store was closed for approximately two and half hours.
