Criminal Mischief-2114 Maple Crest Blvd.

On March 12th 2015 at 0034 hours Police responded to 2114 Maple Crest Blvd for a possible attempted burglary. Investigation revealed that an unknown subject(s) damaged a window to the residence.

Theft from a Motor Vehicle-35 North Rockburn Street

On March 12th 2015 at 0344 hours Police responded to 35 N Rockburn St for a theft from vehicle. The victim advised someone stole the car key for the vehicle from inside the vehicle.

Attempted Theft from a Motor Vehicle-139 North Rockburn Street

Police were dispatched to the location for a report of a theft from a vehicle. Once on scene the victim advised that an unknown subject had entered her vehicle while parked in front of her home.  Nothing found to be missing.

Criminal Mischief to a Motor Vehicle-15 North Manheim Street

The victim appeared on station and advised that sometime overnight unknown actor(s) entered her car. She said that in the process the actor(s) damaged her drivers door. The victim advised that the car was locked and nothing was taken.

Theft from a Motor Vehicle-115 South Manheim Street

On 3/12/2015 at 11:08AM, Police responded to 115 S Manheim St for a theft from a vehicle. Upon arrival, the victim advised that her white Jeep had been broken into between 0030 hrs and 1030 hrs on this date. The victim advised that an Under Armour book bag and money were taken from the vehicle valued at $56.

Disorderly Conduct/Harassment-Choice Tabaco, 3402 East Market Street

Police were called to the parking lot of Choice Tobacco for a report of an assault where the suspect had fled the scene in a silver Honda. Investigation revealed that the victim was punched in the face several times by a female juvenile suspect, whom she knows. Charges to be filed against the juvenile female for Disorderly Conduct and Harassment.

Trespassing-Giant Food Store, 2415 East Market Street

Police responded to Giant, 2415 E. Market St. for a trespassing complaint. The complainant advised that two subjects had been asked to leave the property, but had failed to do so. Upon my arrival the subjects were located and identified, but prosecution was declined by the complainant.

Retail Theft-Wal-Mart, 2801 East Market Street

Police responded to Wal-Mart, 2801 E. Market St. for a retail theft. Upon my arrival the complainant advised that she was holding an adult female for stealing $50 of merchandise.  Information was obtained and charges will be filed.
