Criminal Mischief-521 South Harlan Street

Police responded to 521 S Harlan St for report of vandalism to a vehicle. The victim reported that an unknown person keyed the driver side of her car.

Access Device Fraud-Weis Markets, 2400 East Market Street

On station, Police received a complaint of Access Device Fraud, which occurred at the Weis Markets, 2400 E. Market Street. Complainant advised that unknown person(s) used their credit card to make a purchase without authorization.

Retail Theft-Wal-MArt, 2801 East Market Street

Police were called to Wal-Mart for a report of two suspects in custody for retail theft. Investigation revealed that the suspects, a male and female, stole clothing and other misc. items from the store. The male suspect was also found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. The female was cited for summary retail theft and released from the scene. The male was released from the scene with charges to be filed.

Driving Under the Influence-East Market Street at Memory Lane

On 4/7/2015 at approximately 1804 hours an officer was on patrol when he observed what appeared to be a vehicle accident on E Market St, approx 50 feet east of Memory Ln. The driver of the striking vehicle was found to be intoxicated and transported to Central Booking for his first offense. There were no injuries in the accident and the suspect’s vehicle, a Hyundai Santa Fe was parked in the Taco Bell parking lot. Charges to be filed upon receiving BAC results.
