Weekend Crime Log-May 16th and 17th, 2015

Theft- Wal-Mart, 2801 East Market Street

On 5/16/2015 at 1314 hrs, Police responded to Walmart for a theft of a cell phone. Upon arrival, the complainant advised that her 12 yr old daughter’s Iphone 4 valued at $100 had been taken on this date between 1250 hrs and 1300 hrs at the money center.

Theft-3504 Pleasant Valley Road

The victim responded on station to report stolen property from his residence at 3504 Pleasant Valley Rd.  He advised that sometime overnight someone stole his unsecured bicycle from his back porch.

Retail Theft-Christmas Tree Shops, 2935 Concord Road

On 05/16/15 at 1808 hours Police responded to Christmas Tree Shops located at 2935 Concord rd. York, Pa for a theft of furniture. Upon arrival it was determined that  3 boxed tables valued at $175.00 had been placed into a shopping cart and pushed out of the store by unknown persons.

Retail Theft-Wal-Mart, 2801 East Market Street

Police responded to Walmart, 2801 East Market St. for a retail theft report.  Loss prevention  advised they were working on an investigation where two suspects worked together to steal miscellaneous items from the store. Loss prevention reported the thefts occurred on 04/11/2015, 05/09/2015 and 05/16.2015. The combined retail value for these offenses was over $500.00. Suspect information was obtained. Further investigation is needed.

Retail Theft-Giant, 2415 East Market Street

Police responded to Giant, 2415 East Market St. for a retail theft report. Loss prevention called to report that three suspects stole from the store on April 23rd and  had returned on this date. Contact was made with the suspects in the parking lot. Loss prevention reported the three suspects stole three consumable items valued at $18.07.
