Possession of Drug Paraphernalia-1100 Block of Haines Road

On May 27th 2015 at approximately 0200 hours Police initiated a traffic stop in the parking lot of 1125 Haines Rd. The investigation revealed the operator to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges to be filed for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Hit and Run-Yorkshire Animal Hospital, 3434 East Market Street

Responded to the Yorkshire Animal Hospital for a report of a hit and run. Investigation revealed that sign for the business in the front parking lot was struck and damaged by an unknown suspect/vehicle some time overnight.

Retail Theft-Best Buy, 2865 Concord Road

Responded to Best Buy for a report of a retail theft. Investigation revealed that one unknown male suspect stole a Bose speaker from the store, valued at $299, and then attempted to have his female accomplice conduct a return transaction with the speaker a short time later. Both suspects fled the scene with the merchandise in a green Subaru Forrester.

Criminal Mischief-15 North Royal Street

Police responded to 15 North Royal St. for a domestic dispute between a mother and her 13 year old son. Upon arrival,  the mother reported her son intentionally damaged a lap top computer that belonged to Central York School District. Further investigation is needed.
