Driving Under the Influence- Rte 30 Eastbound at the Hellam Township Line

On July 27th 2015 at approximately 0007 hours Police initiated a traffic stop on Rt 30 EB at Shoehouse Rd. The investigation revealed the operator was under the influence of intoxicants. The operator was taken into custody for DUI and transported to Memorial Hospital for a blood test and then  Central Booking for processing.

Harassment- Chateau Motel, 3951 East Market Street

On July 27, 2015 at 0346 hours Police were dispatched to the Chateau Motel, 3951 E Market St, room 101, for the report of a physical domestic. Investigation revealed that the victim was physically assaulted by her boyfriend. Both parties were separated for the evening.

Charges to be filed on the boyfriend for harassment.

Hit and Run- York Technical Institute, 1405 Williams Road

Responded to York Technical Institute, 1405 Williams Rd. for a hit & run report. On scene met with the complainant.  She advised that an unknown vehicle struck her car while her car was parked in the parking lot.

Hit and Run- North Rockburn Street at East Market Street

Police were dispatched to the location for a report of a hit and run accident that occurred. Once on scene the victim advised that an unknown vehicle had collided with her parked vehicle and left the area.

Harassment-Caterpillar, 600 Memory Lane

Police were dispatched to the location for a report of a harassing letter being sent by an ex-employee. The complainant advised that a former employee had sent a letter to the location addressed to the HR manager.

Harassment-82 Jamison Drive

On 07/27/15 at 1706 hours Police responded to 82 Jamison Dr. York, Pa for a female out of control and smashing things up while hitting her step father. Upon arrival information was obtained. The female was cited for harassment and released.
