Possession of Marijuana-Memory Lane at Industrial Highway

A vehicle was observed traveling on Memory Ln. with no rear lighting on during a period of time where it is required. The vehicle was stopped and the driver was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia. Driver was transported to central booking due to being from Florida.

Simple Assault-77 Jayme Drive

Responded to 65 Jayme Dr. for a domestic assault that was to have occurred at 77 Jayme Dr. On scene found that the victim was bleeding from her lip and had bruises/abrasions on her arms and back. Victim advised that her boyfriend punched her and held her against her will for three hours. The victim was transported to Memorial Hospital for treatment. Warrant to be obtained for the actor.

Retail Theft-Wal-Mart, 2801 East Market Street

On 01/27/2016 at 1512 hours, Police were dispatched to a retail theft at Walmart located at 2801 E Market St York, PA 17402. The defendant paced around the store putting numerous merchandise items into her shopping bag, trying to conceal them. The defendant then passed all points of sale and was apprehended by loss prevention. The total amount of the merchandise was $346.23.

Possession of Marijuana-East Market Street at Mount Zion Road

On 01/27/2016 at 1535 hours, a vehicle was stopped for the possession of a controlled substance. After the traffic stop, the officer collected the small amount of the controlled substance and the drug paraphernalia and released the five individuals. Charges are to be completed.

Hit and Run-Concord Road at Mount Zion Road

On 01/27/16 at 1714 hours Police responded to the area of Concord Rd and Mt Zion Rd. for a hit and run. The victim was operating her gray in color Dodge Journey on Concord Rd when a silver in color van struck her driver side. She pulled over and the van drove off heading east bound on Concord Rd.
