On Monday May 9th, 2016 STPD Officers handled 36 incidents, investigated 2 motor vehicle accidents, and responded to 2 burglar alarms. Of those incidents the following crimes were reported:
Theft from a vehicle-4000 block of Woodlyn Terrace
At 0832 hours an Officer responded to an address on Woodlyn Terrace for the report of a theft from a vehicle. The victim reported her purse was taken from her unlocked vehicle overnight. The total loss is over $300.
Harassment-100 block of Oakleigh Dr
At 1553 hours Officers were dispatched for the report of a dispute between two neighbors. Harassment charges pending further investigation.
Possession of drug paraphernalia-Ridgewood Rd at Memory Ln Ext
At 1701 hours an Officer conducted a traffic stop after witnessing a violation in the area of Ridgewood Rd and Memory Ln Ext. The investigation resulted in the discovery of drug paraphernalia in the vehicle. Charges pending further investigation.
