Daily Report-Sunday May 22nd, 2016

On Saturday May 21st 2016, STPD Officers handled 16 incidents and investigated 1 motor vehicle accident. Of those incidents the following crimes were reported:

Harassment-Barracudas, 2256 Industrial Hwy

At 0009 hours Officers responded to Barracudas for the report of a subject who was injured as the result of a fight at the bar. The victim refused medical treatment and declined prosecution.

DUI/Possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia-Rt 30 at Eden Rd

At 0218 hours an Officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of Rt 30 and Eden Rd. The driver of the vehicle was found to be intoxicated and arrested for DUI. The driver was also found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was transported to Central Booking for a blood test and charges will be filed upon the receipt of his BAC results.

Hit and run-1200 block of Haines Rd

At 1047 hours the victim reported a hit and run that occurred on Haines Rd. The victim advised a dark blue Toyota Corolla crossed the center lines and struck his vehicle. The vehicle did not stop at the scene and was last seen traveling west on Mt Rose Ave.

Criminal mischief-300 block of S Findlay St

At 1113 hours an Officer responded to an address on S Findlay St for the report of damage to a residence. The victim reported that a screen on his home was damaged by an unknown suspect.
