On Sunday October 23rd STPD Officers handled 23 incidents, investigated 2 motor vehicle accidents, and responded to 2 burglar alarms.  Of those incidents the following crimes were reported:

Terroristic threats/Trespassing/Disorderly conduct/Possession of cocaine-Barracuda’s, 2256 Industrial Hwy

At 0157 hours Officers responded to Barracuda’s for the report of a male subject who was refusing to leave the bar and threatening people inside.  Officers located the male and found him to be intoxicated and uncooperative.  The male was taken into custody and a search of his person led to the discovery of a bag of cocaine.  He was taken to Central Booking and charged with numerous offenses.

Public drunkenness-Chick-Fil-A, 2801 E Market St

At 0635 hours Officers responded to the parking lot of Chick-Fil-A for the report of a female who was intoxicated and being disorderly.  Officers found the female was uncooperative and highly intoxicated.  The female was taken into custody for public drunkenness and transported to Central Booking.

Trespassing-Walmart, 2801 E Market St

At 1049 hours Officers responded to Walmart for the report of a female trespassing inside the store.  An employee advised the female had been banned from the store in July after she had committed a retail theft.  The female was taken into custody and found to have two warrants for her arrest.  She was transported to Central Booking and cited for trespassing.

Disorderly conduct-Springettsbury Park, 1501 Mt Zion Rd

At 1232 hours Officers responded to Springettsbury Park for a physical altercation between a male and female.  Investigation revealed the two subjects got into a fight during a child custody visit.  Both parties were cited for disorderly conduct and released.
