On Wednesday January 18th STPD Officers handled 29 incidents, investigated 4 motor vehicle accidents, and responded to 1 burglar alarm. Of those incidents the following crimes were reported:
Access device fraud-Jamison Dr
At 1205 hours an Officer met with the victim for the report of access device fraud that occurred on 1/17/17. The victim advised an unknown person had used her bank card to make purchases online.
Hit and run-Giant Food Store, 2415 E Market St
At 1615 hours an Officer spoke with the victim about a hit and run that occurred at Giant on 1/13/17. The victim advised her Jeep was struck while it was parked in the lot.
Public drunkenness/Disorderly conduct-Suburban Park Apartments, Carnegie Rd
At 1911 hours Officers responded to the Suburban Park Apts for the report of a disorderly subject. A witness advised a male was banging on her door and being loud in the parking lot. The male was found to be highly intoxicated and belligerent. He was taken into custody and transported to Central Booking where he was charged with the 2 summary offenses.
Criminal mischief-Suburban Park Apartments, Carnegie Rd
At 2319 hours an Officer responded to the Suburban Park Apts for the report of criminal mischief to a vehicle. The victim advised her vehicle had been damaged while parked in the lot. She provided a possible suspect but said she did not want to prosecute.
