Daily Report for February 14th, 2017

On Tuesday February 14th STPD Officers handled 35 incidents and investigated 3 motor vehicle accidents.  Of those incidents the following crimes were reported:

Retail theft-Giant Food Store, 2415 E Market St

At 1028 hours an Officer responded to Giant for the report of a retail theft where the suspects fled.  An employee advised two males worked together to take $304 worth of merchandise and fled when confronted.  Photos of the suspects were disseminated for identification assistance.

Theft-1900 block of Wallace St

At 1500 hours an Officer responded to a residence on Wallace St for a theft report.  The victim advised that the license plate on his vehicle went missing within the past few weeks.

Theft from a vehicle-Rutter’s, 725 Arsenal Rd

At 2340 hours an Officer met with the victim for a report of a theft from her vehicle.  The victim advised that her cell phone was taken from her vehicle when it was parked in the lot on 2/12/17.
