On Tuesday February 21st STPD Officers handled 22 incidents and responded to 1 burglar alarm.  Of those incidents the following crimes were reported:

Criminal mischief-400 block of Ardmore Ln

At 0833 hours an Officer responded to a residence on Ardmore Ln for the report of criminal mischief.  The victim advised his house was struck by eggs at 2100 hours on 2/20/17.

Theft by deception-Toyota of York, 1885 Whiteford Rd

At 0930 hours an Officer responded to Toyota of York for the report of a theft by deception that occurred in November of 2016.  An employee advised that two subjects purchased a vehicle using fraudulent documents.  The investigation is ongoing.

Hit and run-Kingston Square Shopping Center, 2528 Eastern Blvd

At 1038 hours an Officer responded to the Kingston Square Shopping Center for the report of a vehicle that struck a building.  A witness advised a vehicle struck a brick pillar and left the scene.

Dangerous burning-600 block of Edgewood Rd

At 2118 hours an Officer responded to a residence on Edgewood Rd for information concerning an earlier brush fire at this location.  At 1627 hours the fire department had responded and extinguished a fire in a wooded area at this property.  The resident reviewed security cameras and discovered some suspicious activity just before the fire was reported.  The investigation is ongoing.
