On Sunday April 23rd STPD Officers handled 26 incidents and investigated 1 motor vehicle accident.  Of those incidents the following crimes were reported:

Disorderly conduct-Fat Daddy’s, 2510 E Market St

At 0214 hours Officers responded to the parking lot of Fat Daddy’s for the report of a fight.  Officers found two females were actively fighting and they were taken into custody.  They were each cited for disorderly conduct and released to a family member.

Theft-Office Max, 2435 E Market St

At 1308 hours an Officer responded to Office Max for the report of a theft.  The victim advised that his wallet was stolen from the store yesterday while he was working.

Criminal mischief-100 block of Weatherburn Dr

At 1416 hours an Officer responded to a residence on Weatherburn Dr for the report of criminal mischief to the victim’s vehicles.  The victim advised that two of his vehicles were damaged between 4/21/17-4/22/17 while they were parked at the residence.

DUI-Aroogas, 1211 Haines Rd

At 1627 hours an Officer responded to Aroogas for the report of an intoxicated subject who was attempting to drive his vehicle from the scene.  The subject was located and it was determined that he was DUI.  He was arrested for DUI and taken to the hospital for a blood test and to Central Booking for processing.  Charges were completed due to this being his second DUI offense.

Theft-Fat Daddy’s, 2510 E Market St

At 2310 hours an Officer responded to Fat Daddy’s for the report of a theft.  The victim advised her cell phone was stolen from the club last night.  The victim used a GPS app which showed the phone was in Steelton, PA.  The investigation is ongoing.

Harassment-Yorkshire Apartments, 3205 E Market St

At 2329 hours Officers responded to the Yorkshire Apts for the report of harassment.  The victim advised a male acquaintance had grabbed her earlier in the evening during an argument and he would not leave her alone.  The male had left the area prior to police arrival and he will be cited for harassment.
