On Wednesday May 10th STPD Officers handled 26 incidents and investigated 1 motor vehicle accident. Of those incidents the following crimes were reported:
Disorderly conduct-Central York High School, 601 Mundis Mill Rd
At 1125 hours the School Resource Officer handled a report of two students who were involved in an altercation. Disorderly conduct charges are pending further investigation.
Retail theft-Walmart, 2801 E Market St
At 1431 hours an Officer responded to Walmart for a female in custody for retail theft. An employee advised the female had taken $70 worth of merchandise without paying. She was released with misdemeanor charges to be filed due to this being her second offense for retail theft.
Retail theft-Walmart, 2801 E Market St
At 1921 hours an Officer responded to Walmart for a female in custody for retail theft. An employee advised the female had taken $32 worth of merchandise without paying. She was cited for summary retail theft and released.
