On Sunday May 21st STPD Officers handled 19 incidents and responded to 3 burglar alarms.  Of those incidents the following crimes were reported:

DUI-E Market St at Northern Way

At 0231 hours an Officer located a vehicle at this intersection.  The investigation revealed the operator was under the influence and she was arrested for DUI.  The operator was taken to Central Booking where she refused a blood test.  Charges were completed due to this being her second DUI offense.

Theft from a vehicle-Galleria Mall, 2899 Whiteford Rd

At 1330 hours an Officer responded to the parking lot of the Galleria Mall for the report of a theft from a vehicle.  The victim advised that when she returned to her vehicle after shopping she found someone had broken out a window on her vehicle and removed a vaporizer and some change.

Retail theft-Walmart, 2801 E Market St

At 1335 hours an Officer responded to Walmart for a female in custody for retail theft.  An employee advised the female and two other males had taken $188 worth of merchandise without paying.  The female was released with charges to be filed an the two males were later identified and will also be charged.

Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle-Camelot Arms Apartments, N Hills Rd

At 1454 hours an Officer responded to the Camelot Arms Apts to meet with the victim for an unauthorized use report.  The victim advised that a known subject had been using her vehicle but now would not return it.  Information was provided on the suspect and the investigation is ongoing.

Retail theft-Bed Bath and Beyond, 2845 Concord Rd

At 1725 hours an Officer responded to Bed Bath and Beyond for a retail theft report where two suspects had fled.  An employee advised that the female suspects had taken $14 worth of merchandise and fled when confronted.
